Who We Are
Our church is located at 502 North Columbus St. in Blanchester and we are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. We are a traditional fundamental evangelical church led by Pastor Steve Cole and welcome you and your family to come worship with us.
Helen and I have been Christians since childhood and we met at Blackhawk Baptist Chapel in 1985 and were married in 1986. I answered the call to ministry in early 2007 and was ordained a minister by Calvary Baptist Church Blanchester, Ohio. Later that year I was elected as Assistant Pastor and after health issues that pastor Ralph Cole had, he stepped down and I was then elected Senior Pastor January 2008 and have been at it since.
Helen and I believe God has put us together to work in ministry side by side. Helen has many talents with children and we both love to teach. We have been truly blessed, with three wonderful children who know the Lord and are active in church work. We realize God puts families together to serve and worship him, and families are what make up the community of our churches. You too, can become part of our family at Calvary. God’s Blessings to All.
